YogAbility

Our YogAbility programs provide an opportunity for individuals to practice a variety of yoga postures, stretches, breathing techniques, and meditation. These “Integrated Yoga” (I.Y.) style classes incorporate techniques to improve motor skills and focus, facilitate relaxation, reduce anxiety, and practice self-regulation. The classes are inclusive, and ALL abilities are welcome! All you need to participate is the Zoom App and a yoga mat.

Community Workshops

The YogAbility Community Workshops provide an opportunity for individuals to practice a variety of yoga postures, stretches, breathing techniques, and meditation out in a community setting. These workshops include time for socialization and a healthy snack!

How much? $5.00 per person for two sessions.
